1 Introduction & Consent

By accessing or using the 555lq platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 555lq.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration

To create a valid account at 555lq, each user must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided during registration must be accurate.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• To update account information, you must contact the support team.

2.2 Identity Verification

555lq reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID) or other government-issued document may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If unauthorized access to your account by a third party occurs, notify 555lq support immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility

By registering at 555lq, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If a minor's account is detected, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

We ask parents and guardians to keep this platform away from minors and to use parental controls on your devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 555lq: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• The withdrawal process generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — on the bonus amount only.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies once per eligible user.
• Attempting to withdraw after accepting a bonus but before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or the same payment method will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• 555lq reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If exploiting or abusing bonuses (bonus hunting) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

555lq has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's gaming activity and is evaluated automatically. Cashback benefits are added to the account at a set time each week.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the 555lq platform are conducted in accordance with accepted international standards. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If any game or event is affected by a technical error, 555lq reserves the right to void or reassess the relevant bets.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, 555lq's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• The rules of individual game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) also apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other international sporting events. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final; if they change, the bet may not be accepted.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. The results of these games are entirely random and are audited by a third party.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555lq platform:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers (bonus hunting or bonus arbitrage).
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting a cyberattack on the platform or attempting to steal data.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the 555lq support team to make the request. All valid withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure at 555lq's Discretion

555lq reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

9 Responsible Gaming
